Dear YouTube/Google,
Ever since you updated your site, I hate you. Nothing is working properly for me and I don’t like how anything is set up. I just want to see new videos from my subscriptions on my home page, not what people are liking or recommendations or any of that stuff. And the pin function doesn’t automatically save for me! So I have like 17 random pins that are not even pins that I would choose, and I try to unpin them all and repin just 10 like we’re supposed to have, but usually I end up mis-clicking and it re-directs me to the page of the YouTuber I was unpinning and that wouldn’t be a problem if it were saving these changes, but it’s not, so then I go back and retry to do it all again, and then I mis-click 17 more times and even if I do get it all, when I click the ones I DO want to pin, it automatically UNCLICKS them for me! And YOUR HELP CENTER IS NOT HELPFUL. This problem has not been reported yet so there is NO INFORMATION and there are also no links to e-mailing customer support or ANYTHING.
Seriously, I love watching the people I watch on YouTube but these problems are driving me insane. Not to mention I am still getting recommendations based on things that I cleared from my history because they were a mis-click or just a one-time search. Either way, I don’t even want recommendations! But I can’t turn those off. Nothing is saving.
ARGGGGG.
I just spent the last 20 minutes going through the Help Center, being redirected to the Recently Reported page and then THAT page redirects me back to the HELP CENTER. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO REPORT A NEW PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD OF? YOU ARE NOT MAKING IT EASY.
GRRRRRRRR.
EDIT: I did find the Report Bug button, but since they probably won’t read it for like a month or like 5 years, it feels pretty useless.
